MMmmmmmmm. I just ate some lumpia. I am so obsessed with this shit, since I made it for Thanksgiving. Still had leftover veggies from it, and there is no other way I'm going to end up eating celery or cabbage, so I bought some more egg roll wrappers and meat, (still had onion/carrots/garlic cloves left)and made some more. I didn't prewrap them though, so they won't be soft, I just made the mix, and I'll wrap them as I cook them.

1 cup finely chopped onion
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 pound ground beef
package of egg roll wrappers (go to Fred Meyers, it'll be by the mushrooms, etc)
mix everything together, raw, not including the wrappers
get some oil crackling, ready to fry, I use canola oil, then turn the oil down to medium
fill the egg roll wrappers, it'll tell you how to fold the wrappers, on the back of the package
Fry until golden brown all around the wrappers, turning every few minutes
