Temptation?
Nov. 16th, 2002 12:20 amDammit. My boyfriend is nowhere to be seen for two days in a row (Sucked into the world of Everquest) and I'm suddenly infatuated with a beautiful gorgeous girl. I'm just a terrible person aren't I.
He deserves it though, the more he plays EQ the worse he is. Any man who picks a video game fantasy world over their living breathing girlfriend isn't worth the feelings of guilt. Not to mention I have nothing to feel guilty over. I'm not physically cheating, just emotionally drawn. I hope he becomes like that guy who blew his brains out because he couldn't stop playing!! That would definitely teach him. I did not move to ID to become second best in line to a bunch of pixels.
Oh well. Other than feeling about as significant as a toy poodle next to a great dane, my day went well. I went in for an oil change, only to find out that my tires were literally falling apart (I never remember to check these things). The treading was gone, and there were rips or something in them. Sooo... I got that taken care of. Good thing too, since I plan on driving to Boise on Sunday to see a play. Medea. It would definitely be nice to see it in one peice. I think I'll see it alone. I was going to invite Martin, but I think not. Why does the person that would be worth my affection have to live 4 hours away?
