Lunch - Homemade chicken soft taco, with lemon chicken (white meat), lowfat cheese, rommaine lettuce, tomato, avocado
Dinner - half a chicken sandwich
Snack - granola bar, peanut butter bar
Drinks - two cups of coffee, half a diet cherry coke, lots of water
Excersise - weight lifting, 30min eliptical machine, 40 minutes of swimming
