Heh, I'm such a 'tard. Went out and bought myself a bicycle. Decided that with all the nice weather, I should do a percentage of my workouts, outside of the gym. So I went for a little ride around my neighborhood, my leg muscles feel all bulky right now, but I'm sure they don't look any different! Let me just state that tomorrow I think I'm going to invest in a gel pad for my seat cushion!! Other than that, it was a lot of fun! Since my old bicycle got stolen a few years ago, the only bike I had been on were the little stationary ones. The real thing seems like a lot more of a workout.
