I planned out my menu for today, so far I've had breakfast
1 cup of special k smart start, with skim milk
light fat free blackberry yogurt
kiwi
water
Lunch
turkey burger with romaine lettuce, tomato, wheat bread, and mustard
Dinner
salmon
corn
baked potato
And I'm going to the gym in a little while.
