Little change to my plans by the way! I won't be in CA, until Thursday evening, the 8th, and I'll be staying until that Sunday afternoon. It'll give me some extra time out there, and it'll be cheaper. So, one more week!!
icecelt, let me know if that's going to be a problem, for staying at your place, if so, I can crash with
yunalilly or something.
Haven't updated on my diet progress in a while, but, I've decided to cut carbs out, almost completely, so, just started yesterday, so here's the rundown of my meals the past two days
Yesterday:
breakfast = egg white omelette with low fat cheddar and green onions
lunch = salmon and apple yogurt
dinner = Mongolian Bar b que with no noodles, half serving of white rice, chicken, pineapple, zuchinni, green onions, carrots, garlic, and some vanilla yogurt
2 diet cokes, and 8 servings of water
Today:
breakfast = egg white omelette with low fat cheddar and green onions
lunch = tuna fish and carrots
mid day snack = two peices of lean roast beef, 3 peices of red leaf lettuce, a teaspoon of miracle whip.
Have had a doubleshot espresso with skim milk, mocha powder, and peppermint syrup, 4 servings of water, so far to drink.
