Had a fairly interesting evening. Rollins show was awesome. That guy is so amazingly intelligent/interesting/charismatic. Also met [livejournal.com profile] frootijen there. Strange meeting. Came out of the restroom, and saw a girl that looked vaguely familiar, although I couldn't place her. She turned, looked at me, asked if I was velvetechos from livejournal. Heheh =-)~ Introduced herself. Yeah. That was weird.

"Beyond Borders" comes out on the sixteenth, for DVD, I believe. I cannot wait. I love that movie. I mean really love it. The kind of love reserved for wonderful works of written word (because really, I do prefer books to film), but I have to say I REALLY think the message and the story in that film are beautiful works of art, and so important. Everybody should see that movie.
I just became so angry it isn't even funny. Not funny at all. The people who live in the house behind mine have two small dogs. Puppies actually, not sure if they will be small dogs, I cannot tell what breed they are. Anyway, I don't get angry at animals, but I do get angry at the people responsible for animals that are misbehaving. One of those puppies dug it's way under my fence, and into my yard a few minutes ago, and started scrambling about my back yard, antagonizing Ronin (the puppy is very lucky Ronin has a rather large kennel, 20x40feet, that he happened to be in at that moment). I went outside to see what all the noise was about, and after much sliding about in the damp dirt, clumsily captured the puppy. The puppy proceeded to kick at me with it's sharp little claws, and bite my fingers. I shoved the puppy under the fence, and went to find something to block the hole. The puppy went back under the fence and into my yard. Puppy chasing ensued, followed by more scratching and biting.

I have a brick in the puppy's way right now. If it happens again I'm going to bitch out my neighbors, not sure how though, they don't feckin speak english.

Trying to calm down right now, over a cup of peppermint tea.
Watching "Pirates of the Carribean". New favorite quote
"This is either madness or brilliance"
"It's remarkable how often those two shades coincide"
That's just so cute.
