LENORE READ ME!!
Apr. 13th, 2004 05:26 pmA post for Lenore, because she turned off her comments on her last post.
It doesn't matter if you put on a fake smile for the world, because I do it everyday, and I understand. It's something we all do at one point or another. If you fake it for the rest of your life, I'll still adore you anyway, even when you're crying, and your face is a snotty mess from all the tears and mucous, and all the other disgusting things the human body creates.
It doesn't matter if you don't tell people the things about you they should know, because I always hide the most important parts of me. It's a survival reflex. Too many people hurt you, and you just don't want to let anyone in anymore. I know you're like this. I understand it, and I'm sure a lot of people will understand it. You'd be surprised though, how easy it is to know someone, through their actions, and not through their experiences.
Even when you're lying Lenore (and there are a few times I felt it, I just didn't want to confront you, because I adored you/adore you anyway), there's something about you that shines through all the darkness, and all the distrust, and you're beautiful no matter if you like it or not. Not only physically, you are just beautiful. And you can't lie about that.
