So, went to VAST last night, and the show was awesome. The sound wasn't wonderful, but since Ki has all their albums, she was more there just to see the band, and hear the energy of the music performed live; not to listen for sound quality.
After the show the band did a meet and greet, and self managed to get all their autographs onto their newest album
=-D, which was awesome.
Stood around talking with bassist, with three other girls (two of them are the people Ki went to the show with, one of them was a girl we met at the show). After a few minutes he invited us back to the tour bus for some liquor. Ki really wanted to go, not to do anything stupid, but just because, dammit, it's VAST. So, we went, and he was really nice, and funny, and didn't seem sleazey at all. Honestly seemed like he was just bored/lonely, and probably wanted some people to talk with, after all that touring. He gave us some horrible (and he openly admitted himself that it was horrible) vanilla vodka. Blech...
Anyway, after that, went to a diner with a bunch of people .... sat around BS-ing for a bit, got home around 4am. Crashed just about immediately. Was soooo tired.
Going to pull weeds today =-/ hehehe.
