Self would you bet you almost anything, that someone or something, somewhere, is negatively effected due to environmental circumstances. Self would also bet you that there is a way to change that. Ki dares all of you, every single one of you, to donate as little as $1.00, as much as you can spare, to an environmental cause. If you can't do that, I dare you to look in your garbage cans and take any tin cans, or aluminum cans, or cardboard boxes (for those of you that eat boxed food, you do realise that most recycling plants WILL accept the shiny cardboard boxes that mac and cheese, cereal, TV dinners, etc, come in. Those could be recycled. Do you realise how much extra trash Americans put out there by not recycling those???), or glass containers down to the local recycling plant. You'd be suprised by how nice it feels to do something positive for this wreck we've made out of the earth.

If you decide to do something, let me know =-) If you can't find an organisation to donate to, let me know.
Okay. Am tempted. Those of you that live near me, how would you feel about setting up a small group, just to clean up parks, or Lake Lowell, or something around here, for an hour or two on the weekends, or bi weekly, or whatever? Get some of the people around to get involved in actually caring about their land?
I'll do it alone if you guys don't want to help, but *shrug* It's a thought.
I'm also tempted to petition for curbside recycling, to get some of the people that don't care enough to drive out to the recycling center, but would do it, if it were readily available. Maybe I'll look into that this weekend.
