Jun. 28th, 2004 08:10 amOh yum. Made yummiest breakfast ever. Hadn't had kale in a while, not sure why really. But just made omlette with kale, green onions, black olives, and colby-jack cheese. Have lost another two pounds, and while don't need to, going back from stage 2 to stage 1 of south beach for two weeks. (don't worry, the book says it's okay to do that).
