You all must try this!!!!


3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 large can of libby's pumpkin (double recipe and use whole can if wish)
4 eggs
2 cups of splenda
1 cup canola oil
random amount of cranberries
1 tbsp of baking soda
however much pumpkin pie spice looks good to you (i'm so specific aren't i?)
1 cup of orange juice (ki used orange crystal light)
mix all this stuff together

preheat oven to 350
take muffin tin or bread pan and spray with pam, or if you want use butter, just grease the pan already folks

bake until fork or toothpick comes out clean

about 20 minutes, but check it at 10


There were 12 here yesterday, but gave them to my friends and had two for me. Going to make more later, hehe. They're not so unhealthy either, just make sure the flour is actually whole wheat, and use splenda instead of sugar. However, if you op for actual sugar, double the amount, 1/2 cup of splenda= 1 cup of sugar.
