Thought I'd share my "SBD diet friendly" shopping list from tonight =-)~

half pound smokehouse roast beef, 97% fat free
half pound garlic pepper turkey breast
kale
extra firm tofu
can of kidney beans
can of black beans
2 cans of black olives
dried split peas
falafel mix
couscous
3 packages of turkey sausage
sugar free jell-o
sugar free fudge pops (only 45 calories!!)
can of redi-whip
2 6 packs of water
12 pack of diet mountain dew
whole wheat pitas
whole wheat english muffins
1/2 pound ground white meat turkey
2 avocados
1/2 pound of pistachios


and yay! that's it. I still have salmon, grilled fish fillets, lamb, etc here at home.

MMMMMM Kiki, that food all sounds so tasty. I think I could eat things like that on the Rotation Diet as long as I took the time to figure out all the caloric values...

That sounds good. Did you know they have caffeine free Mountain Dew in Utah? My brother has a bottle. Funny huh? It kind of misses the point. It would be like selling non alcoholic vodka.
