I've taken different multi-vitamins and I get these horrible migranes. I once took a vitamin C tablet and the next morning I had this horrible migrane and my pee looked like radioactive waste. Heh heh.
I took the one a day womens, migrane.
One a day weight smart, migrane.

Now I'm too afraid.
I hate taking pills anyways.
