Today was fun, hehehe. But I know realize how badly I need to get in shape. I woke up and did one of those 10 minute Pilates videos, but I did it twice. Then I ate an english muffin with soy butter and blackberry preserves on it, and a cup of OJ. Then I came online for awhile, and went to visit Ronin. After that I took Jake for a "run" which was really half running and half walking. Oh my God. I cannot run far at all. I need to seriously build up some endurance. After that more online, then went to the gym for about two hours. After eating a chicken sandwhich. Swam about 20 laps, lifted weights, and went on the eliptical machine, and the bike. I want to lose a minimum of 20-50 pounds dammit!!
