Feb. 25th, 2003 11:53 amSo yay! I've lost 7 pounds, I'm happy. Been working out everyday. For breakfast today I had a light non fat yogurt, and special K redberry with skim milk.
Lunch will be a sandwhich, and dinner will be leftover beef soup, I made it myself last night, hehe.
It's delicious. I used a package of beef, precut for stew, added a clove of garlic, pepper, a can of beef broth, 2 cups of water, 2 fresh carrots, and a package of frozen brocolli/cauliflower. Then I heated it until boiling, and added some rice, and then I let it steam for 20 minutes on a level 4 setting.
Going out to turn in some job apps in a few, hopefully I get lucky.
Nashville Pussy tomorrow night!! Heheh. Anybody here from Idaho going to that? It's at the Big Easy.

Feb. 25th, 2003 07:25 pmYay for me~
I have an interview tomorrow at 11:15am. Go me or something ... yeah =-)
Other than that. My Dad's been passed away for one year today. It's amazing how time can slow down for so many things, than speed up for so many other. It's like I saw him yesterday, but at the same time, it feels like it's been forever. I can't believe I've been living in this pit of a state we call Idaho for about 8 months. I feel like I was in California, just, today or something. The mind is an odd thing. Do you ever go somewhere on vacation, and you're gone from your home for a few hours, and already you feel so far away, but once you're on your way home from vacation, wherever you just were is distant, but your home feels right around the corner? Something to that effect. I'm rambling. Ta Ta
