Feb. 1st, 2008 03:38 pmWell, I am happy - speaking in front of people has always been one of my biggest fears, but for my first speech in Communications I got a 30/30!!!! Yay!!
I also got a B on my first math quiz, not a test mind you, but I didn't look anything up or have any help on it, so it's a good base assessment.
I checked what my requirements for my social work degree are, and it actually isn't statistics, apparently that is psychology, social work, I just need to get a minimum of math 124 in, so if I pass this math course with a satisfactory grade, I'll take math 124 next semester and be set on that.
I'm dreading work more and more, the girl we were hiring fell through, and here I am on Friday again with no break to speak of and a 9.5 hour work day. GRRRRRRR!!!!!!! I'm not sure how much longer I'll hold out on that! I was prepared to wait until February 11th for her, who knows how much longer for another replacement to come along.
