(no subject)

Thought I'd share my "SBD diet friendly" shopping list from tonight =-)~

half pound smokehouse roast beef, 97% fat free
half pound garlic pepper turkey breast
kale
extra firm tofu
can of kidney beans
can of black beans
2 cans of black olives
dried split peas
falafel mix
couscous
3 packages of turkey sausage
sugar free jell-o
sugar free fudge pops (only 45 calories!!)
can of redi-whip
2 6 packs of water
12 pack of diet mountain dew
whole wheat pitas
whole wheat english muffins
1/2 pound ground white meat turkey
2 avocados
1/2 pound of pistachios


and yay! that's it. I still have salmon, grilled fish fillets, lamb, etc here at home.

Well, really both. I'd love to be healthy, but unfortunately, I'm one of those sad people who value vanity over health, so I'd rather lose weight. Luckily this diet promotes healthy eating, and my tastes favor healthier dishes anyway.
