Eating my breakfast right now =-) Minestrone soup. Love how things are going with my diet, one of my co-workers came up to me yesterday, and asked how much weight I had lost, since I began working at HDC, because it was visably noticeable. I thought that was awesome, since such small changes aren't usually noticed by people you see so often.
I'm having a little bit of a problem though, that seems to come and go, with terrible night-time tummy aches, that I'm thinking must be coming from the diet. I know my tummy is making weird noises while I'm sleeping, and it's terribly embarrassing since I share a bed with my boyfriend. Maybe I should start sleeping in a different room =-/, it wouldn't be so bad, but we have different sleeping schedules (I work days, he works nights), so he's usually awake, right next to me, while I'm sleeping. I'm thinking it must be something I'm eating too much of, or not eating enough of, he's a rundown of what I've eaten the last two days, anyone want to volunteer to tell me if something on here sounds like it would just rip your tummy to shreds?
