Yum. Eating breakfast/lunch at the moment. Whole wheat pasta with homemade sauce (stewed tomatoes, ground white turkey, ground black peppercorns, garlic, red pepper, red wine vinegar). So awesome.
Still doing great on the diet, my weekend eatings habits are shit, not shit as in bad for you, just shit as in I don't really get around to eating.

Hey! The diet sounds like it's going great. :) You're eating really healthy, and that's a hard habit to keep. How much have you lost since you started? I just wanted to tell you congratulations and I'm proud of you. It's a big step to take control of your body and change it for the better.
