Two totally unrelated questions here, but, both answers are important to me.

What was your favourite childhood (as in ages 1-9) story, nursery rhyme, and fairy tale? Why?

When you go outdoors, do you wear sunblock all the time, some of the time, never?

I don't remember if I had a favorite nursery rhyme or story, but my Mom told me that I had a tape from Annie that I would listen to each night before bed.

It's rare that I wear sunblock. I know, I know. XOXO

"the velveteen rabbit"--my great-gram gave me the book when i was quite wee, and it has always reminded me of her. that, and it's so damn sad it kills me dead.

i'm saturated in sunscreen 24/7.

When I was really young I watched Sword and the Stone, the old Disney rendition of King Arthur, every Saturday with my best friend.

I rarely wear sunblock. Only when I'm going to a park or something because usually I'm working on keeping my pale and avoid being outside.

I have to wear sunblock everyday because I am on doxycycline (sp).

I always liked the movie The Secret of Nimh when I was little.
My favorite story was ... I can't find it and I forget the name. jenn, you which one it is. The Garden of Azul or something like that. The story about the kid who follows his dog to a garden.
I also loved the book with the secret puzzles in it you had to figure out. The book was themed around a B-day party and was named something like The 12th Hour.

The Neverending Story. The movie (I never read the book). I watched that damn thing so many times, I had all the lines memorized. I was even going to do a play on it in Elementary school. I don't know why, I just liked all the characters in it.

Hardly ever wear sunblock.

Hmmm...I know I loved the Madeline books, Where The Wild Things Are (still adore it!!), and everything from Richard Scarry's Best Mother Goose Ever.

I wear sunblock some of the time. And I burn despite wearing the strongest SPF out there. ;/ I'm convinced that the sun is out to scorch my pale shell. Ow. *Hides in bed room with shades drawn*

1.Favorite fairy tale...Thumbelina (sp?) because my parents gave me a little book of fairy tales and that was one of them. I remember the pictures and everything. I remember that I wanted to be small like that. Maybe unnoticed? And it has a happy ending. I also remember I thought the name was pretty. What can I say? I am er was er whatever a weird kid.

2. This year I started wearing subblock. Usually I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible when I'm outside. I hate getting darker. Well needless to say I got really dark on Sunday. More about that later.

My favorite story when I was young...when I was about 5 I LOVED the book "No No Joan" it's about a kitty who gets into trouble. It's so adorable. I still have a copy, too.

No, my foundation has a little SPF, but I do not wear sunblock often. I will probably die from skin cancer, but meh, it happens I suppose.

Not sure for #1.
#2: Sometimes. Want to buy Olay w/ SPF 15 in it and put it on my face region daily because a) its good for skin in this DRY climate and doesn't wash off/sting/etc. and b) it's easy.

If I am intentionally going to be outside for a long while (ie riding the bus, going swimming, etc) I will put on block.
