Still doing awesome on my diet, I read 400 calories is optimal for a woman's breakfast, to get their metabolism going. So this is what I ate today
Breakfast
water
english muffin with strawberry jelly
cottage cheese with lite sliced peaches
Lunch
sandwhich (wheat bread, turkey, iceburg lettuce, tomato slices, swiss cheese, mustard, and black pepper)
vegtable soup
coffee
Dinner
two slices of roast beef, on top of a salad of romainne lettuce, tomatoes, light shredded cheese, non fat italian dressing
water
Dessert
weight watches cookie dough sundae

Hehehe, sorry if this is boring, I decided to make my last entry in my journal every day a recap of what I ate, so I don't get tempted to snack too much, since everybody's going to read what I ate. And give me suggestions if it looks like I'm nutrionally lacking!!
