oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god!!!!

*runs around in circles screaming, after calmy calmy walking back indoors*

Oh my god oh my god oh my god!!!

So like, Ki was out in the backyard just now, pulling weeds.

And there she is, innocently pulling morning glories off the pine tree. She looks down at the handful of weeds (okay, more like armful), and on one of the morning glories sits, not sure if it was a yellow jacket or a hornet, or maybe a wasp. Anyway, she drops that arm full of weeds, figuring it was just the one.

She looks back at where she was just pulling from, and seriously, there are like fifty of them, on this little mound, that was very likely a nest.

She screams at the top of her lungs. And then makes her way safely back indoors.

Somebody help! Not sure what to do. There's a big infestation of them back there, heh, and Ki loves bees, wasps, etc, they're so pretty, and really, they're wonderful for the environment, so don't want to poison them.

Oh my god oh my god. Imagine if they'd all come after me for pulling those weeds?

Have never been stung by anything. Could be allergic for all Ki knows. Probably not though. Don't have any allergies, as far as self knows.

There's spray at the stores for killing bees + if they're nesting in the tree, unfortunately, sometimes the only way to rid them is to chop the tree. Had to do that when I was a kid. XOXO

I know you don't want to poison them, but seriously, unless you want to avoid that area forever you need to. Especially if they are wasps, they are aggressive! In Americorps we used this spray stuff for killing bees/wasps. I'll try and see if I can find out what it's called. You spray the wasps and they drop in like two seconds, so it isn't like they are suffocating slowly. Then you spray the nest and it kills any wasps hiding inside. Even if you aren't allergic, getting stung hurts like hell!
