(no subject)

Ok first off
Breakfast = one cup of cottager cheese with lite canned peaches, and a bannana
Lunch = Two soft steak tacos and 1/2 small nachos
Dinner = turkey salad
Drinks = 8 glasses of water three servings of skim milk
Excersise = 30 minutes on eliptical machine, 20 minutes of weight training, and 30 minutes of swimming

I'm watching Zoolander right now, brainless comedy. Also picked up three dvds, Panic Room, Strangeland, and Gremlins, special edition. All for under $10.
My wisdom teeth are slowly and agonizingly poking their way through. For some reason if I drink milk, or chew on pen caps it doesn't hurt as much.

Way to go!

I think you deserve monstrous props for your sticktoitiveness. I admire that- I can tell you from personal experience that maintaining a diet/exercise program is hard work.

As a side note, gargling with warm salt water*, as gross as it sounds, works wonders on aching teeth.

Anyway, I've decided to become your official cheerleader, but I am not wearing the skirt.

*I can't tell you how difficult it was for me to refrain from some really crass comments here. But I did, and I await canonization.
