So I'm sick. =-( Poor me. I went and worked out yesterday anyway though, just took it kinda easy. 20 min on the eliptical machine instead of thirty, 20 min of weightlifting, and 30 minutes of swimming. Ate yogurt and an english muffin for breakfast, leftover chicken and broccoli for lunch, a lowfat lowcal frozen thin miont yogurt for a snack, and duck with a baked potato and broccoli, with cranberry sauce for dinner. Drinks were lots of water, oj, two cups of milk, and a chai tea.
