Still being a good girl.
Breakfast
1 slice of toast with zero cal spray marg and boysenberry jelly
cottage cheese with fruit
Lunch
bowl of boiled carrots and a non fat low cal yogurt
Drinks
one diet lemon pepsi
cup of lemon zest green tea
2 glasses of water
Did stretches when I woke up, got a job interview an hour from now, then going to the gym. I've been too moody to keep my food diary in my journal lately (had a cold), but I've been good the whole time =-D So now that I'm feeling better, I'll be good about keeping up with writing it down.
