Yay me.
Ok so far today
Breakfast
1 cup of Special K redberry with skim milk
1 non fat low cal Harvest Peach yogurt
3 servings of water
roast beef sandwhich with cheese/lettuce/tomato/mustard/wheat bread
small clam chowder
1 diet pepsi
Went to the gym and did 30 min eliptical machine and 30 min weightlifting
WooHooo
I work in 4 hours. and for those of you who are wondering, no, don't worry I don't even like Pizza Hut, so of course I'm not going to gain back weight eating pizza =-)
