tortilla with chicken, lettuce, fresh spinach, and montery jack cheese
Water
Excersise
30 min eliptical, 15 min treadmill, 30 min weightlifting
Dinner will be stirfry

Just thought I'd let you know, the way you've kept with this and been so disciplined has been quite a motivation to me... You're someone "real" that I know who is actually going after this goal of losing weight and really making it happen. I think thats really admirable. Just thought I'd let you know. Keep it up. :-)
