velvetechosThank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday!!! I had a lot of fun yesterday.
Matt woke me up first thing in the morning asking if I wanted to open presents, but I put it off for a while :) He made breakfast for me, then general puttering around for a while, had a nice relaxing bubble bath and read for a while, then went out to lunch at MyCaffe. Had an interesting time there, hehe, the credit card reader wasn't working properly, so had to go to the bank to get out cash. Lunch was yummy though, and from there we went to hang out with Lizzy for a while. We took her to pick up a bicycle, then strolled around, and walked through the hospital and bought a snack in the cafeteria there, haha. Then we went home, made a dish to bring in to the Halloween potluch at work, and watched House, MD and had cake.
This morning I randomly threw together a costume for work, since the staff is dressing up. Hehehe, it looks great. Matt took a piccy of it and I think if he reads this he should leave it in my comments :D
