Things are somewhat coming together on this end! We looked at the condo yesterday - it's lovely. About the same size as our house, but with one less bedroom, and one and a half bathrooms instead of two full bathrooms. It has a lot of space - full cabinet plus medicine cabinet in both bathrooms, a shelf for the microwave to keep it off the counter surface in the kitchens, a huge closet built under the staircase (it's two floors!!!), huge kitchen, dining area a bit larger than in my house, and living room approximately the same size. Each condo gets one locked storage unit on the grounds plus one covered parking space. The rest of the parking is first come first served, but there is a TON of it. There's a swimming pool, lots of common grounds with barbecue pits and etc, and it's all just remodeled and gorgeous! The price is VERY reasonable ($109,000), and it's exactly the type of place I love. I MISS living in apartments, and while this isn't an apartment, it has the same sort of feel - lots of neighbours, lots of common grounds, and so forth. I HOPE HOPE HOPE we get it, we've already began contacting lenders to make arrangements (did some online apps) so someone should be getting back to us shortly. Cross your fingers.

Thanks!! And the best part - it's in Boise, not Nampa/Caldwell, which would be a HUGE time/money saver for us. It would down on approx a tank of gas between the two of us, convenience lunch/dinner for school and work because it's about 5min from my work and 10min from school(downtown), and so on. It'd shave about 60-90 min off commuting time (and more if there is a wreck on the freeway) and would allow me to sleep later in the morning and stay up later in the evening. It's a must that we move, but this seems like the best place so far, and I love it.

Awww, thank ya! And yer bed would be in handy again, haha, to sleep between the two places trying to move :)
