velvetechosHad a great weekend, but woo am I tired today.
On Friday I saw Wall-E (or however they spell it). Wonderful film, I adored it :) Also went and checked out some new stuff to start redoing the restroom. Picked up these amazing towel holders/hand towel holder/toilet paper holder

Look at the hand towel holder (bottom left corner), beautiful! The bottom right is the toilet paper holder - I like that is slips on and off, and it just looks amazing :D :D
Matt installed all of them so far except for the bath towel rack, and then I also got a new shower curtain, and I'm moving everything from my bedroom bathroom into the guest bathroom (the ocean decor), and doing my bedroom restroom in the black hardware with a burgundy shower curtain and a burgundy accent wall. I can't wait! :D
On Saturday Matt and I went on the peddle boats in the park downtown, and to the farmer's market.
Sunday I went with Brooke to have a barbeque at Beauty's house, spent lots of time sitting around visiting - the three of us hadn't seen each other in ages, and we used to get together for lunch once a month.
Went out to Nocturnum last night.
This is only a four day work week!

Date: 2008-06-30 04:15 pm (UTC)That towel holder looks awesome! I can't wait till we can buy a house and start doing remodels to it... renting seriously sucks. We fell in love with Ikea when we went to San Diego, and now I keep going through their online showroom picking out what I like and what I don't. Jeez!!
